Nicolas has an extensive background in sport psychology and counselling. He is a five-time member of the Canadian National Fencing Team, is an avid cyclist and enjoys participating in a wide variety of sports.

Nicolas earned his Masters in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle, following his undergraduate degree in Physical Education from the University of Alberta–majoring in sport psychology. Nicolas’ special interests include eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and sport and performance psychology.

Dr. Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta before completing his Doctor of Chiropractic at Southern California University of Health Sciences in Los Angeles, California. When he’s not in the clinic, he’s an elite athlete who represented Team Canada in fencing at the 2024 Paris Olympics—following in the footsteps of his mother, an Olympic champion fencer. Known for his warm, friendly approach, Dr. Daniel takes the time to listen and make patients feel comfortable and supported. Registered Dietitian Founder of RL Nutrition

Rosalie is a Registered Dietitian specializing in sports and performance nutrition. She helps athletes and active individuals optimize energy, recovery, and performance through personalized, evidence-based nutrition plans. She also supports clients managing health conditions or recovering from injury by tailoring strategies to their goals and lifestyle.

With over 10 years of competitive tennis and volleyball experience, she understands the mental and physical demands of sport. She brings a practical, compassionate approach to nutrition, helping clients improve energy, support recovery, and build habits that are sustainable.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences with a Specialization in Dietetics from the University of Alberta and is registered with the College of Dietitians of Alberta. In her clinical role with Alberta Health Services, Rosalie supports individuals living with cancer, kidney disease, and other chronic conditions. Rosalie also completed a specialized rotation in eating disorders during her internship, adding to her experience in supporting clients with food relationship concerns.

Brad is a provisionally registered psychologist who graduated from MacEwan university with his bachelor of arts degree, majoring in psychology as well as his masters in counselling degree through City University of Seattle.

From a young age, Brad was involved in many competitive sports, with hockey quickly becoming the sport he was most passionate about. Brad was a goaltender throughout his hockey years and continues to play at a competitive level. It was through hockey where Brad first discovered the field of psychology; he instantly knew it was where he wanted to be.

Brad started off with a focus solely in sports psychology, but as time passed he began to branch out and explore different areas of counselling. He still practices sports psychology but has incorporate a mix of general counselling into his practice. Brad works with a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, traumatic brain injuries and general life coaching.
